Order Processing Time

Once you've placed an order, we aim to process it within 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes for us to prepare your items for shipment after receiving your order. Please note that this processing time does not include the time it takes for the package to be delivered to you.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: After processing, your order will typically arrive within 5-12 business days. This option is ideal for customers who are not in a rush to receive their items.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose our express shipping option, which delivers orders within 3-8 business days after processing.

Custom Orders

For custom-made or personalized items, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. These items require additional time for production and customization to meet your specific requirements.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $55.99 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping. Orders of $55.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping: Orders under $259.99 will be charged a flat rate of $29.99 for express shipping. Orders of $259.99 or more qualify for free express shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select countries in Europe. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.
